Annual Show & Tortoise Races 2025
This year's show will be held on Saturday 19th July. The schedule for the show can be downloaded here.
Please do submit entries to the Show - without you the Show is nothing!
Staging of entries takes place during the morning, doors open at 2.00pm, and the Tortoise Races start at 3.30pm. Presentation of the trophies is at 4.00pm.
The show is divided into the following sections:
- Vegetables and Fruit
- Flowers and Plants
- Handicrafts
- Photography
- Cookery and Preserves
- Junior Section (restricted to children under 16 on the day of the show)
The subjects for the photographic section are:
- Hills or mountains
- Caterpillar(s)
- Tower(s)
- At the track
- Obsolete tool(s) or gadget(s)
- It’s raining, it’s pouring
- A set of 3 photos of different celebrations
